Weigh in implements at 1:30 a.m.
Coaches meeting at 1:45 a.m.
Field Events begin at 2:00 a.m.
Running Events begin at 3:00

Eligibility: Three
per event for individual events.
More than three can be entered if they all meet the Jefferson
District Standard (see standards to be listed soon).
One relay team per school.
Results:Blue Ridge Timing
Entries: Due Monday, May 6 at 8:00 P.M.
Admission: $7 at the gate. Payment details to be announced.
Field Event Assignments: Each team
Each
School will be expected to run a field event. If you have a preference, email Coach Cutright: cutrigjl@lcps.k12.va.us
Bus Parking: Buses will drop off
teams in front of the stadium and then will be directed to the appropriate
parking area. Buses and spectator
vehicles are not allowed to park in the bus loop in front of the stadium.

use a rolling schedule for running events. First call 15 minutes before start,
second call 10 minutes before, and final call 5 minutes before start.
