Running

events begin: 10:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

 

Entry Deadline:Thursday March 14, 2024 - 8:00 p.m.

Please

make your entries on la.milesplit.com. Email or text Coach Lind for

the meet password. Priority will be given to NOAL member teams.

Do not share the meet password. This will help to keep meets to a

manageable size.

Please provide entry times for all

athletes entered in individual running events and distances for athletes

entered in field events.

Seed times

are not necessary but helpful for relays.

 

Procedures:Athletes may participate in a maximum of 4 events.

Schools

may enter a maximum of three (3) individuals per event.

Exception: For the 100, 200, & 400

a school may enter 4 individuals 

         in these events

only!

Four

(4) attempts in the Throws and Jumps

relay teams per school per relay event

All

running events will be timed finals.

 

 Entry Fees:$60 for a single gender school, $90 for a coed school

(fees

used to defray costs of computer operations & automatic timing)

Make

checks payable to St. Martin's Episcopal School.

Payment

is due at the coach's assignment meeting.
