Meet Information
Our Track and Field Booster club is hosting our Eighth Annual Jr. High Invitational this season and I would like to invite all Jr. High Track and Field Programs to the Jr. High "Relay Rally at Mid Valley" being held on Saturday April 20, 2024 at the Mid Valley Athletic Complex. Starting time will be 10 am approximately depending on the duration of the coaches meeting at 9:30 am.
Registration: $150 Jr. High Girls Team and $150 Jr. High Boys Teams

Medals will be given to 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place finishers.
Team Trophies will be awarded to the Team Winners in both the boys and girls division along with a plaque for the second place teams in both girls and boys divisions.
Participation- All track events (with the exception of the 100/110 hurdles) are relays-Each school can enter 2 teams per event. An "A" Team that will score towards the team point totals and medal, and a "B" team that may medal individually but not count towards the total team points.
Order of Track events will be:
100/110 Hurdles -**Only individual event**- top 3 will medal and top 8 will score.(Maximum 3 participants from each school).
Distance Medley-800-400-400-1200
4x100m relay
Mid Distance Medley- 200-200-400-800
4x800m relay
Sprint Medley- 200-200-400-400
4x400m relay
Field events- Each school can enter up to 4 athletes in an event. The top two marks for a combined total distance of 3 attempts each and taking the furthest distance of each athlete for a combined total. Each event will count towards an "A" team that will score towards the team point totals and medal and a "B" Team that may medal individually, but not count towards the total team points.

The discus will follow
Jumping events: Long Jump 10am-12
Triple Jump 12:30-2pm
High Jump Boys 10-11:30 and Girls 12-1:30
Girls Pole vault 10am. Boys 12:30
Pole Vault-You will need PIAA Pole Vault certification forms.
Registration will be completed online at pamilesplit.com and coaches need to register their athletes by Wednesday April 17, 2024-
