Dear Coach,

Thank you for attending the Robin Langer Classic. The entry fee for this is $100.00. There will not be Pole Vault as part of our events. I am looking forward to seeing you, your team, and your fans.

Scratch Meeting: 9:00am This meeting will be held in the press box.

Implement Weigh-in: 8:30am-9:15am

Field Events

9:30 am- Girls Javelin (50'), Girls High Jump (3'10"), Boys Long Jump (4), Girls Triple Jump (4), Boys Shot (30')

10:30 am- Boys Javelin (80'), Boys High Jump (4'10"), Girls Long Jump (4), Boys Triple Jump (4), Girls Shot (20')

*As soon as javelin has been completed, we will begin discus with boys going first, followed by the girls. Boys (80') Girls (60').

*Distances and heights may change based on what is discussed in the scratch meeting.

Entries: Registration beings March 10. Entries can be submitted on nm.milesplit.com. Entries will close on Thursday, March 21st, at 10:00pm. You may submit 8 athletes per each event, but each athlete may not participate in over 5 events. Athletes will not be able to participate in more than 4 field events or 4 running events. No more than 3 of the 4 track events allowed can be 400 meters or longer, which includes participation in relays.

Throwing Events- Each team may submit 8 throwers per event. Each thrower will have four throwing attempts per event and there will be no finals. A courtesy mark will be awarded to the thrower on their last mark if they have failed to make it past the minimum mark as long as their throw is legal.

Running- Blocks will be provided. All running events will be run Girls/Boys and all events are finals only. Relays will be scored 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1. Individual events will be scored 7, 5,4, 3, 2, 1. Distance races will be a waterfall start. 

Awards: There will be no team awards. Medals will be awarded for 1st -3rd places and ribbons will be awarded for 4th-6th places.

Food Drive: We will be hosting a food drive at the track meet and food collected will be donated to the Community Pantry. Please let your fans attending the track meet know that we will be collecting food and we would love for them to bring in a food donation if they would like to.
