Online Registration Instructions
This meet will start at 4:00PM. Depending on number of entries, we will have seeded flights progressing from lowest seeds to higher seeds. Each thrower will get 4 throws, and the top 9 throwers for each event will get an additional 3 in the finals. Implements will be available, but please feel free to bring your own!

Discus will start at the conclusion of Javelin
Cost to participate is $20 per athlete.
