Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
The Saint Pauls-Trafton Academy Track and Field Invitational will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Saint Pauls High School. The field events will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the running events will begin at 4:30/5:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival after 3:25 pm. Please see the information below regarding bus and other parking instructions as well as an associated map of campus. You may register online at la.milesplit.com for this meet, registration opens on Friday, February 9, 2024. Please get on-line and set-up you Milesplit account and enter your roster. There will be no exceptions in getting your entries in on time. Do not wait until the last minute to register your team! All entries are final, there will be no changes or additions to your entries. The deadline for you to make changes or register for the meet will be on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Athletes are allowed to participate in any four events.
Remember Coaches, we are asking that each team pay a $50.00 entry fee to help defray the cost of the FAT Timer. Please make checks payable to the Trafton Academy Athletic Department.
Awards will be given to the top (2) teams in each division in the boys/girls divisions. This meets entries are limited to (4) athletes per field event and (Unlimited) athletes per running events in the JH division. You may also enter (1) relay team.
Admission will be $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Concessions will be available at Saint Pauls High School.
The following teams will be participating in this years meet: Trafton Academy, Saint Pauls, St. Scholastica Academy, Holy Ghost, Jesuit, Lake Castle, Mandeville JH, Madisonville JH and Pitcher JH.
Each School Will Be Assigned To Assist with A Field Event.

Each school will be responsible with helping run a field event, your schools name is listed next to the event that you will help out with. Assigned schools will also do the relay exchanges.

Relay Exchanges:
Coaches Please Note: Saint Paul's does not let out of school until 3:00. We ask you to inform and ask your parents that athletes not arrive any earlier than 3:25 and that they report immediately to the home side of the stadium. (large bleachers closest to S. Jahncke Ave)
PARKING: Limited bus parking will be available inside of the gate of the home side of the stadium right off of the main drive past the arch. There will also be 5 additional spots in the bus parking by the gym (See the attached Map for further detail near #12) Vehicle parking may be available in any of the areas denoted with a P on the map and along E 14th Ave.
