*entries due 4/08 at 9pm

*event limits: 2 relays. 4 in Hurdles. 8 in laned running and 6 all field events (8 in Shot/Discus). 10 in 800/mile/2mile. 

*scratches as soon as you know them during the day of 4/10, we will do one last scratch meeting at coaches meeting (3:45) to see if any sprint or hurdle event needs to be reseeded for more efficient heats.

*Please let me know what event your coaches are willing to help with , we will need at least 2 coaches from each school to help. 

*as far as uniforms, please just make sure your athletes are representing your school and it is recognizable. Try to make your relays match for that race. 

* concessions will be available

Meet Day Schedule 

Coaches Meeting: 3:45 PM at timing tent.

Track Closes at 4:20 PM, 4x800 starts rolling schedule

Field events: Start at 4:00 PM

Miscellaneous:
*Entries are due Tuesday, April 9th, 8:00 pm. No substitutions or late entries will be allowed, only scratches.
*ALL tickets must be purchased via cash only sold at the gate. Cost is $7 
*ALL BUSES must park in the top section off N. Center Street.
*All other vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot by the stadium in back of the school. 
*Coaches and athletes must use the gate entrance behind homestands and walk down the hill to the stadium. 
*Tents are only allowed at the top of the home side of the stadium. (Last 6 rows) no blocking of walkways.
*All Teams will have designated section on home side of stadium, no team allowed on away side of stadium.
*All spectators should enter through the main gate(Ticket Booth).
*Coaches and athletes are not allowed under the timing tent for any reason.
*No headphones, cell phones, or other electronic devices are allowed in warmup or competition areas.
*Shot Put and Discus are on side of field closest to the 100m/200m Start.
*All jumps are located between 300m IH Start and Finish Line side of the field.
*Field event athletes should check in at their event site no later than 10 minutes before start of their competition.
*Athletes should only be in the infield during check-in or for quick warm up for the next scheduled track event.
*Check-in will be located next to away stands between the warmup/throws area and track entrance.
*If needed, Hip numbers to be worn on left hip for lane races. Other races will wear numbers on left hip & left chest.
*Athletes should know the order of events and not depend solely on calls before check-in.
*Please be ready to help in a field event & relay exchanges.
*Coaches Hospitality Provided (4 Coaches per team will receive ticket, no exceptions)
