Meet Info:

**Teams must provide their own blocks.

Team areas are located on the east side of the stadium (The side closest to Captain Shreve High School). *Only members of your team and coaching staff will be allowed in team area.*

NO HANGING OUT UNDER BLEACHERS!

Spectator areas are located on the west side of the stadium  (The side furthest from Shreve).

Staging area for all running events - Northwest side of the stadium.

ALL athletes need to be in the stands, your athlete(s) are at risk for disqualification if on the infield and not prepping for the called event. Do NOT run with teams on the infield during races.

3 attempts on all field events. NO FINALS

If an athlete needs to leave a field event to compete in another event he/she will need to check out with official and will have 20 mins to return.

    • Order of Events:

      4:30-Team Registration(Receive packets and wristbands)

      4:45- Field Events & Sprint Medley Relay(2-2-4-8)

      (Athletes have until 5pm to check in for field events if school transportation is an issue)
      (Sprint Medely could possibly be combined(boys & girls) depending on the number of entries)

      5:00-Running Events

      4x200, 800, 100H, 100m, 400, 4x100, 200, 1600, 4x4

      • The 100m, 100mh & 200, 400 (teams can only enter two participants for each race)
      • Awards: Top 3 finishers in each event will be awarded medals
      • 1600: (Depending on the number of entries boys and girl races might be combined)
      • Relays can enter an A team and B team
      • (2-2-4-8)  The race would start the same as a 4x400 on the white/blue/white lines, but since the first two athletes are doing 200 meters, would skip the first and third exchange zones used in the 4x100, only using the yellow second zone halfway around the track.  The third runner would exchange in the standard blue 4x400 zone and would then break to run in lane one at the green break line at the beginning of the back straight (500m into the race). The final exchange would also be like a 4x400 exchange, but the final runner would do an 800 meters.
