1st Annual MS Black Bear Relays 2024
Date: Saturday, April 6, 2024
Place: River Views Don Rushing Stadium 26496 SR 60N Warsaw, OH 43844
Coaches Meeting: 9:30am (substitutions only)
Starting Time: Field events will start at 10:00am, Running events will start at 1 11:00pm with Shuttle Hurdles.
Entries on Milesplit are now open, no times required. Closes April 5th at
6:00 pm. Please register under MS Black Bear Relays - River View
Awards: 1st & 2nd place team trophies, 3rd place team plaque. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place
medals for winning relay teams, ribbons for 4th & 5th place relay teams. Presentation
of awards will take place at the conclusion of the meet. Team packets with the awards
will be given to coaches at this time. Please allow approximately 10 minutes from the
conclusion of the meet for the results to be calculated. Scoring 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Participants: 3 persons field event relays, 4 persons running relays.
Track Facilities: NEW Resurfaced 8 lane all weather track (1/4 inch pyramid spikes on
track and jumping areas only, no needle nose spikes) Blocks will be provided
Supply your own throwing implements, pole vault poles, and batons. Weigh-ins for
implements will be in weight room located in the River View Locker Room behind the
football bleachers. Teams need to come fully dressed, as there are not adequate
locker room facilities for all schools; however, there will be public restrooms available.
Participating Teams: Cambridge, Coshocton, River View, and Zanesville.
Parking: Bus parking will be on the Jr High side of River View parking lot. Fan parking
will be in the high school parking lot.
Admission: $5.00 Gate Only
Concessions: Concessions will be available (Coaches are provided food coupons that
will include, a sandwich, a candy bar or chips, and a drink)
