ST. MARYS MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL TRACK MEET
St. Marys School is preparing to host a track meet on April 27th, at The Bob Monnig Community Track. They will be run on our all-weather track... The meet will begin at 10:00. PLEASE GO ONLINE AT MOMILESPLIT TO ENTER YOUR ATHLETES AND THEIR EVENTS BY THURSDAY, APRIL 25th.
1. Entries will be unlimited competitors per event, but you can only score 3.
2. We will not conduct preliminaries; every race will be run against time.
3. In order for our staff to accurately heat each race, we ask that every competitor have a time turned in on the entry form.
4. SUBSTITUTIONS MAY BE MADE BUT NO ADDITIONS. HEATS WILL BE ALTERED.
5. THE FIELD EVENTS WILL CONSIST OF 3 JUMPS AND 3 THROWS. ALL ARE FINALS.
6. SCRATCH MEETING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 9:30 IN THE BACK OF THE PRESS BOX. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. MEET WILL START AT 10:00.
7. Shot and discus will be weighed and measured at 9:30 and then pooled for use in the competition. Coaches need to sign in pole vaulters.
8. We ask that 3/16 (or less inch spikes be used on our runway surfaces.
9. There will be a concession stand and bathrooms at the track.
10. We ask that camp areas be policed and picked up directly after the meet of any trash.
11. Results will be on MoMilesplit following the meet.
12. WE MUST RECEIVE THE ENTRY FEE OF $150.00 BEFORE OR ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. MEDALS WILL NOT BE HANDED OUT WITHOUT A PURCHASE ORDER OR CHECK.
