Meet Information
General Information:
1. Coaches will be limited to the stands or the designated area on the field (coach's box) during running events. Coaches will be allowed to stand or sit on the track/field for the field events.
2. The National Federation and LHSAA rules will prevail.
3. All participants are to return to their respective team areas (Home Stands---Press box side) upon completion of their event. There will be no concession or open bathrooms on the visitor (east) side of stadium. We will try to keep all team area on the home side unless absolutely necessary to use visitors side.
4. Warming up will be done on the track when available and on the north half of the football field (side closest to the scoreboard.)
5. All equipment such as shot, discus, javelin, and vaulting poles are to be stored immediately after completion of these events. Practicing after the conclusion of these events will not be permitted.
6. Restrooms will be open on the press box side for all participants.
7. First call will be given approximately 20 minutes before the event; second call about 10 minutes and third call about 5 minutes prior to the event.
8. All participants are to report to the staging area on the second call!
9. Bus parking will be behind the visitors (East) side of the stadium. Please inform your drivers so we can allow for ample spectator parking on the home side.
