Meet Information

USN HS Meet #2 -  4.03.24

Participating Schools: USN, Pope, MLK, BGA, East
Entries: Keeping in mind volume = time, please limit your team to 4 entries for each of the sprinting events. You may have unlimited entries in the 800, 1600, & 3200 and B relay teams are welcome.
Coaches Meeting: We will meet at 3:35 pm at the finish line tent to confirm field event coverage. Please be prepared to provide 1-2 coaches to help run field events.

Scratches/Substitutions: Please submit any scratches/subs in writing at the coach's meeting and we will do our best to accommodate. No additions will be permitted once the running events begin.

Meet Schedule: Field Events will begin at 4pm. The boys and girls 4x800 will be run together and begin at 4:40. All other running events will begin at 5:00 pm on a rolling schedule.

It is expected the boys and girls 3200 meters will also be combined. 

Field event estimated start times: 

Boys LJ = 4:00 (girls to follow)
Girls TJ = 4:00 (boys to follow)
Boys SP = 4:00 (girls to follow)
Girls discus = 4:00 (boys to follow)
Boys/Girls HJ = 4:00 (combined)
Boys/Girls PV = 4:00 (combined). 

 Meet Program: I will email the meet program out on meet day morning after all entries have been submitted. 

Parking: Buses can park in the first lot on your left, adjacent to the baseball field.

Team Staging: Teams are encouraged to set up team tents outside the track along the green fence.

Timing: All events will be timed using our Finish Lynx system and results will be emailed out and posted to Milesplit within 24 hours.

Athletic Trainer: We will have our two ATs on site to help with any athlete needs

Inclement Weather: Hopefully it won't be an issue, but if necessary, the coaches will make a "game time" decision on whether to delay, call, or reschedule the meet.
