Coaches Meeting: 3:45, Start: 4:00 Please bring entry fee to the coaches meeting.
Please arrive at 3:15 or after to allow primary school traffic to clear. Buses, enter facility from Atwood Rd. and park buses on the service road to the right of the lot. It is located in between the large lot and the playground.
Order of Events:
4x100
4x800
4x400
3200 Distance Medley (400, 800, 800, 1200)
800 Sprint Medley (100, 100, 200, 400)
4x100 Thrower's Relay (exhibition, non-scoring; can be co-ed relay if you choose to combine)
All Field Events will be 2 attempts. (NO TRIPLE JUMP, ONLY 2 ATTEMPTS IN HIGH JUMP)
*Top 2 distances/heights from each school will be combined for a total distance/score. The 2 distances will come from the 2 best individual performances. e.g. Athlete A + Athlete B = Score
