Hebron Invitational 2024

Entries: All entries will be through KY Milesplit. Coaches can enter 6 athletes per team for individual events and 2 relay per team. Athletes are limited to compete in no more than 4 events total. There will be team and individual awards for first, second and third.  

Entry Fees: $50 per boys teams and $50 per girls teams or $10 per athlete, if you have a smaller team. Fees will be accepted the day of the meet prior to the meet. Any fees not paid or received will be charged an additional $50 late fee.  Make checks payable to Hebron Middle School. There will be a coaches meeting Saturday morning at the finish line. This will be timed by CP Timing. 

**In an extreme case of inclement weather - we will be in communication with the officials and Athletic Director at NBHS to make the safest and best decision for all schools attending and will let you know ASAP of any changes/postponements/ cancellations. In the worst case that this meet is canceled because of weather we WILL NOT be rescheduling and all schools will receive a refund.**

Spectators will have a $10 fee per adult. Kids 16 and under are free. Concessions will be available for purchase.
