Meet Information
When: MEET WILL BE WEDNESDAY March 13th Due to severe weather on Thursday and Friday.
Location: Griffin Stadium, Stonewall, Louisiana
Times: Field Event 3:30 pm. Running events 4:45 pm
Entry Fee: $80.00 per team or $160 both team (boys & girls separate)
Fully Automatic Timing provided by McDuffie Timing
Entry Procedures: La.milesplit.com (No scratch meeting).
Deadline Tuesday , March 12th @ 11:00am
2 Athletes per event and 1 Relay team
North Desoto will have a B and C team in some events.
Hospitality Room: No Hospitality room BUT coaches will receive free food items from concession stands.
Meet Rules:
Team areas located on the North side of the stadium in visitors stands. (next to middle school).
Spectator areas are located on the South side of the stadium (Press box).
NO HANGING OUT UNDER BLEACHERS
Staging area for all running events located on the northeast side of the stadium on the football field. Area will be marked by flags.
Field event athletes report to site.
Athletes, coaches, and spectators are NOT allowed on the infield.
3 attempts for all field events. High Jump & Pole vault are the exceptions.
Blocks will NOT be provided.
Awards: Top 3 individual, relay for awards.
Top two team will receive team awards
Coaches may pick up awards at the end of the meet in the red building by the track box.
