Third Annual Windsor Relays Invitational
West Carteret High School Track (Morehead City NC)
THIS MEET IS OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COME. WE WILL ACCEPT THE FIRST 17 TEAMS THAT ENTER
Entry Fee: $50 Entry Fee Per Team. If bringing boys and girls teams then it is $80. Make checks out to West Carteret High School with Track entry fee on the memo line. All events are relay scored. Field and Hurdle events (2 athletes per team/per gender/per event) Add together to determine scoring
Schedule: Coaches Meeting at 10:30 am
Field Events/4x1600 at 11:00 am
All other running events will start at 11:30 with rolling schedule or once 4x1600 is done
Field Events:
Shot Put (Girls followed by Boys)
Discus (Boys followed by Girls)
High Jump (Girls followed by Boys)
Pole Vault (Boys followed by Girls)
Long Jump (Girls and Boys-2pits)
Triple Jump (Follows long in same pits)
Running Events (Girls followed by Boys):
- 4 x 1600 Relay
- Girls 100m High Hurdles
- Boys 110m High Hurdles
- 4 x 100m
- DMR- this order - 1200, 400, 800, 1600
- 4 x 200
- Mixed Medley- 2 girls, 2 boys, Order- 100, 200, 300, 400 (one girl must run 300 or 400)
- Sprint Medley - this order - 400, 200, 200, 800
- 300m Intermediate Hurdles
- 4 x 800
- Co-ed Throwers 4 x 100 (must have thrown in meet. this is a non scoring event)
- Pole Vault 4 x 100 (this is a non scoring event) (must have vaulted at the meet)
- Coaches Relay 4 x 100 (this is a non scoring event) (must be coaching the team this spring season)
- 4 x 400
