Aloha Coaches,

Please see and read thoroughly below. This is the information for our next three meets. Hopefully this helps with your planning for the next three weekends. Additional information/updates will be disseminated as they come in. As always, Please let me know if you have any questions.

  • SATURDAY, April 27th FROSH/SOPH Invitational MEET at Kealakehe HS

 Kealakehe may send a follow-up email with more info and/or venue specific info.

REMINDERS:

    • Boys DT and Girls SP will start at 11am. The remainder of the field events will start at 2pm with running to follow at 3pm. Please see attached schedule.
    • Officials meeting will be held near the timing tent at 1pm.
    • Coaches meeting will be held near the timing tent at 1:30pm.
    • Please submit your entries by 5pm on Friday, April 26th.

  •  BIIF Championship MEET at Kealakehe HS FRIDAY, May 3rd(Trials) and SATURDAY, May 4th(Finals)

 

REMINDERS:

    • Please see Schedule attached.
    • 5/3 BIIF Trials-Girls DT will start at 1pm. 5/4 BIIF Finals-Boys DT will start at 2pm.
    • Please complete the attached PV verification form for both BIIF and HHSAA. Please turn these forms in to me and keep a copy on hand during the meets.
    • Officials meeting will be held near the timing tent at 1pm on Friday and 2pm on Saturday.
    • Coaches meeting will be held near the timing tent at 1:30pm on Friday and 2:20pm on Saturday.

    • ENTRIES are OPEN!
    • Mark/Time must be received no later than 11pm, Monday, April 29th 2024.
    • Entries will be reviewed and closed by 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30th 2024.
    • Once entries have closed, Schools can only make corrections that can be verified from their original entry list,  additions to the list are not allowed.
    • The BIIF Qualifiers/Championship performance list will not be publicized until all schools have turned in their entries.
    • Athletes must  participate (mark) in two separate BIIF track meets in order to be eligible to participate in the BIIF Trials and BIIF Championships.
    • A competitor shall not compete in more than six events including relays.
    • Each school shall be limited to FOUR(4) entries in each individual event. When this maximum is reached, alternates shall not be accepted from said school even though their athlete has met the qualifying standard.
    • Each school shall be allowed to enter no more than one(1) team in each relay event provided the school has a qualifying time. eight(8) athletes may be listed on the relay card.
    • Restricted areas at this venue include the track, the infield and the finish line timing area. Coaching is not allowed in the Restricted Areas unless a designated/approved coaching box/area is provided.
