Meet Information
Welcome to the 3rd Annual Campbellsville-Durham High School Track and Field Meet. This year's event on Friday, April 12, 2024 will be conducted as an invitational meet. We invite any team wanting to come set some records on our 8 lane track and an excellently viewed discus ring, throws area, and high jump pit.
Registration opens January 21, 2024 and entries close on April 9, 2024.
Come celebrate with us on the site with a rich history of excellence in the classroom and in athletics.
We would like to host 16 teams of any and all sizes. Come set some meet and track records!
Individual high point awards for both male and female will also be given in honor of our recognized Durham High School honoree.
We will also celebrate with the 2nd Annual Tiarra Cecil Boys and Girls Shot Put in honor of our beloved girls coach who passed away in 2022.
Individual events and Relays will receive 1st-8th place ribbons in all events except boys and girls shot. Champions will receive a special award in honor of Coach Cecil and 2nd-8th place will ribbon awards.
Timing: John Vaughn Timing Systems. Meet officials and starters Tim Pennington and Samantha Dale.
All events will be fully staffed with volunteers and staff from Campbellsville High School Athletics and Campbellsville University Track Team.
- Track will open approximately 1 hour before field events
- Field Events will begin at 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time
- Running Events begin at 6:15 P.M. Eastern Time
- 2 entries per event and 1 relay (not to exceed 4 total events per athlete)

Once entries close a detailed information document will be sent out to participating teams which will provide bus drop off procedure, team areas, and any additional details prior to the meet.
