Max of 5 entries per gender in any event.

FAT Timing by 2L Race Services. Awards for open events from North Wales Running Company.

$15 per athlete; $25 per relay, or $100 per team per gender. $5 entry for Middle School/Youth 800 race. Make checks to Dock Mennonite Academy.

Open athletes (non-high school Mile and 5,000m) email justinfeil4@gmail.com for entry fee and details.  Open event entries will be capped. 

4:30 - Athlete arrival and Gates open to track and turf. (athletes may warm up outside fence before 4:30).

Races will be run SLOW TO FAST HEATS
