Meet Information
NO TEAM ENTRY FEE
We will open the pits for warm-ups at 4:30pm, and start the events at 5:00pm. We will not hold the start time for schools running late, but athletes will be able to join in-progress events if the need arises, they just may not get an opportunity to use the pit for warm-ups and marks.
Concessions will be available, and we will have some activities for kids to participate in during the meet (most will be for $1 entry fee, like limbo contest; plans are still in the works for activities).
This will be a great chance for athletes to try field events that they don't normally get to compete in! Spectators will be able to bring a camping chair and set up on the track, or enjoy the events from our bleachers. We will set up flights based on seeding when available. This will be an informal meet, where we can have some low pressure fun, and get some distances and heights early on in the season.
We will have small flights, so that family members can get a clear view of their athletes in action! Then we will clear the spectators, so the next flight can get a good view. We will have a lot of viewing space since the track will not be used for running events! Remember, bring a folding/camping chair!

Make sure to get athletes registered by Tuesday April 9th 11:00pm so I can set up the flights.
