Online Registration Instructions
The meet will start promptly at 4:30pm with a 4:15am coaches meeting at the start line.
Middle School competitors will compete in most of the standard T&F events.
-There will not be any hurdle races, pole vault, triple jump, or javelin.
-It will be a rolling schedule, beginning with the 4x800, 100m, 1600m, 4x100m, 400m, 800m, 200m, 3200, 4x400.
-Boys & Girls Long Jump will take place at the same time, beginning at 4:30pm
-Boys Shot Put and Girls Discus will begin at 4:30pm, and they will switch at the completion of their competition.
-Boys High Jump will begin at 5:00pm followed by Girls High Jump at the completion of the Boys' competition.
-We will need coaches to help cover field events.
Lower School will only be able to compete in track events, competing in the 400, 200, 800. They will race at 3:45 and all three LS races will be hand timed. The 200 will be run in lanes, and the 400 and 800 will be a waterfall start.
-All LS runners will receive a finisher ribbon.
