Online Registration Instructions
Thank you for your interest in the 4th annual Grassroots Relays! The meet will be hosted by Grassroots Running Club and Liberty Elementary Track & Field on Saturday May 11, 2024 beginning at 5:30 pm, and finishing under the lights! Athletes will compete in divisions of 5th/4th grade, and 3rd grade & under.
Meet Location: Frederick Douglass High School Track, 2000 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY
Admission: Adults & students 13 & over- $5, 12&under- Free. Meet t-shirts may also be available.
Entry Fees: may be paid in advance or on meet day. Boys- $100 per team, $10/each for individual runners or teams with less than 5 runners. Girls- $100 per team, $10/each for individual runners or teams with less than 5 runners. Meet is only available to athletes affiliated with school teams.

Entry Deadline: All entries due by 10pm on Wednesday 5/8/2024. Please submit all entries via Milesplit by the entry cutoff. No entry changes will be accepted after this time. If you are not sure if a runner will participate or not, go ahead and enter them into the events they could potentially be in. Addition of runners will not be accepted on meet day, but minimal adjustment of already entered runners will be permitted if necessary. There is a 4 event max/athlete including relays. Please only enter runners in the age division that they belong in (do not enter younger runners into the older age division), and do not enter runners above 5th grade.
Order of Events (youngest to oldest girls then boys): top 2 individuals/1 relay team score per division

Divisions: 5th/4th grade, 3rd grade & under
Awards: Medals for 1st through 3rd place in each event, including relays, and each division. High point individuals will be recognized for girls & boys in each division. Trophies for 1st and 2nd place overall team for girls & boys.
