** For the throwers relay the throwers must be entered to throw at the meet. This event will not be scored. 
When entering your athletes, please be reminded that each athlete can be entered in no more than 4 events. For the lane events, please do not enter more than 4 athletes from your school and for the distance events do not enter more than 5 athletes for each event. For the Sprint Medley Relay, the girls will run 100-100-200-400 and the boys will run 200-200-400-800. For the Distance Medley Relay, both boys and girls will run 1200-400-800-1600.
