Meet Information

USN MS Meet #1 -  4.10.24

Location: 1200 County Hospital Road, Nashville TN
Participating Schools: Ezell, KIPP, MJCA, MLK, Pope, SBA, USN
Entries: Keeping in mind volume = time, please limit your team to 3 entries for each of the field and sprinting events. You may have unlimited entires in the 4x800, 1600, 800, and 4x4. 
Coaches Meeting: We will meet at 3:45pm at the finish line tent to confirm field event coverage. Please be prepared to provide 1-2 coaches to help run field events.

Scratches/Substitutions: You submit any scratches/subs in writing at the coaches meeting and we will do our best to accommodate. No additions will be permitted once the running events begin.

Meet Schedule: Field Events will begin at 4pm. We will run the boys & girls 4x8 combined at 4:45. All other running events will begin 5pm with hurdles and continue on a rolling schedule. We may combine girls and boys events if and when possible and appropriate. 

Meet Program: Our meet timer Coach Anderson will email the meet program out on Wednesday morning, after the meet has been seeded.

Parking: Buses can park in the first lot on your left, adjacent to the baseball field.

Team Staging: Teams are encouraged to setup team tents outside the track along the green fence.

Timing: All events will be timed using our Finish Lynx system and results will be emailed out and posted to Milesplit within 24hrs.

Athletic Trainer: We will have our AT on site to help with any athlete needs

Inclement Weather: Hopefully it won't be an issue, but if necessary, the coaches we will make a "game time" decision on whether to delay, call, or reschedule the meet. Our proposed reschedule date is Monday, April 15th.
