*We will be doing "check-ins/declarations* for all invitational running events except 4x800 (see schedule). This will be done at a table/tent by the concessions stands.
*All clerking just prior to the event will be done at the start line of each event*
*Tickets for spectators will be online ONLY ($7/adult): Sundown Tickets
*You are welcome to set up tents anywhere around the outside of the track OR use the bleachers. Infield is only for those athletes competing in the field events and for coaches.
*Trainer will be onsite and set up on the field.

The Oldham County Sundown Invitational will again be held on the Thursday prior to the Kentucky Derby. We again expect a very competitive field and a great meet.
The schedule for the meet is below:

Entries will be via www.kymeets.com. Plan ahead to do your entries. A performance that cannot be verified will be disregarded. Horizontal jumps and throws will be 4 jumps/throws with no call back for finals.
Entries will close on Sunday prior to the meet. If you are not entered by the time entries close, you will not be participating in the meet. Due to the format of the meet, we will not allow additions or substitutions after entries have closed. We are hoping to have heat sheets available by Wednesday, May 1. Please only enter athletes in events where they have a high probability of actually competing, and scratch any athletes you know will not be competing by Tuesday evening so that we can fill that lane with another deserving athlete.
The entry fee is $75/team (boys and girls teams separate) if received by April 29 (may bring check to the meet) or $95/team after that date. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each event, and the top 2 boys and girls teams will receive trophies. Scoring in all events will be 10-8-6-4-2-1.
