Meet Information
This meet has been renamed the 3rd Annual Canes Invitational. It was previously named Canes Home Meet #3. We will have trophies, medals, and hospitality, so we are asking that each team pay $125 instead of the previously posted amount. However, if you have already sent in a check or can only pay $100 then that is okay.
Venue:
- Our meets are held at Cartersville High School, 320 E Church St, Cartersville, GA 30120
- We have a 6 lane track.
- Cost of admission - $5 (GoFan only - card reader at gate)
- Concessions will be sold.
Registration:
- Teams should register on GA Milesplit.
- Up to 7 teams will be allowed.
- $125 per school for timing company.
Entries:
- Please submit 2 days prior to meet. Please no race day additions.
- 4 entries per athlete, alternates on the relays do not count against total
- 3 athletes per individual event; 1 relay team per school.
- The following events vary in entries: Shotput, Discus, 200
Results:
- Live Results will be provided during the meet. These results can be accessed by clicking on the blue "View Live Results" Icon at the top of the meet page
- Final results will be submitted to MileSplit the day after the meet by 1 PM. Coaches have until this deadline to submit any questions to events@runnersfit.com using the subject line "3rd Annual Canes Invitational."

4:15 PM - Coaches meeting
4:30 PM - Boys Shot / Girls High Jump / Boys Long Jump
4:40 PM - 3200 meters / Pole vault (boys and girls combined)
5:15 PM - 4x100m relay
5:30 PM - Girls Shot / Boys High Jump / Girls Long jump
5:40 PM - 300 Hurdles Girls/Boys
6:00 PM - Triple jump combined
6:10 PM OTHER RUNNING EVENTS: The order of all common running events heats will be girls followed by boys.
