(Five minutes prior to the heat of their event, 10 minutes following the conclusion of their heat.) If an athlete is in a field event and gets a first call for a running event, they should check out of their field event and check-in at the Clerks Table to receive their hip number and then return to the field event. Athletes may go out of turn if necessary. It is the responsibility of the coach and the athlete to report to the starting line on time for their running event and return to their field event on time.

There is an athletic field at the far end of the track from the track entrance. This area may be used for warm-ups and team tent set-up. There will be no warm-ups permitted on the infield. The infield must remain clear at all times, except for those athletes competing in field events.
