Meet Information
1. Bus parking will be by the softball field and tennis courts. We will have additional parking if necessary by the old gym. Spectators will not be allowed to park around the track area
2. We have a spike check on the way into the stadium
3. Athlete check in for events will be at the tent by the field house. Once an athlete is checked in they will be directed to the infield.
4. Athletes will only be allowed on the infield if they are about to compete. Once they have run they will need to exit the field. We have a lot of people coming so this is very important in keeping things running.
5. The practice field by the tennis courts may be used for warm up area before check in
6. Meet starts at 10am with field events and Prelims for the 100m/100H/110H. 4x800 will run at 10:30 and finals will begin at 11am
7. We will have a coaches meeting at 9:30am at the start line if you have any last minute scratches but adds will not be accepted.
8. We have an excellent timing company and a QR code will be available for live results

Pole Vault: North Iredell
High Jump: Pine Lake Prep/Lake Norman
Relay Exchanges: Elkin/West Charlotte/Mooresville/West Iredell
Entry Fees will be
$150 for both teams
$75 for one gender
$15 for Individuals
We will have medals for the top 3 in each event as well as the top 3 relays
Top 2 teams for Men and top 2 teams for Women will receive trophies
Concessions will be open and entry for spectators will be $7
