The Cedar Cliff Relays, sanctioned by the West Shore School District, will be held on Saturday, April 27,2024 at the West Shore Stadium, an all-weather facility located in Camp Hill, PA.
This year we will have FAT again.

Meet Fees A non-refundable entry fee of $80 per team ($150 for both Boys' and Girls' Teams) must be returned with team registration.

All running events will consist of four competitors, all field events will consist of two competitors. Starting blocks and relay batons will be provided. National Alliance rules will be in effect. The tentative order is:
1.Shuttle Hurdles:
Boys' high school high hurdles:
33 in., 110m each runner
Girls' high school high hurdles:
30in., 100m each runner
2. Distance Medley:
1200-- 400 -- 800 -- 1600m
3.4x 100m
4. Sprint Medley:
400-- 200 -- 200 -- 800m
5.4x 400m
6. Long Jump
7. High Jump
8. Discus Throw
9. Shot Put
Cedar Cliff Relay designed medals will be awarded to the first place in each event. Ribbons will be presented for 2nd, and 3rd places.
Team trophies will be awarded to the highest scoring combined Boys' team and Girls' team.
