MEET INFORMATION Hudson High School, 2500 Hudson-Aurora Rd. Hudson, OH 44236

1. Entry Fees: $150 per team = $300 boys and girls teams, benefitting the Steve Sogan memorial scholarship.

2. Date: May 3, 2024 - 4:45pm Coaches Meeting (start/finish line), 5:00pm events begin.

3. Contracts: Contracts will be sent via Dragonfly from the Hudson Athletic Department.

4. Entry fee must be paid to Hudson Athletic Dept. - 2500 Hudson-Aurora Rd.

5. Entries - Two (2) individuals per event will be entered online at OH Mile Split Link

6. Order of events: will be a rolling time schedule and in accordance with the posted schedule.

7. Starting heights will be determined by the Games Committee prior to the start of the meet. Long Jump will be conducted via an open pit.

8. All events will be timed using Finish-Lynx and scored by Hy-Tek. Final results will be posted on both www.ohmilesplit.com No hard copy results will be available after the meet.

9. Scoring: will be 8 places as follows 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

10. Starting Blocks and Batons: Hudson will provide blocks. If you bring your own you are responsible for moving them from event to event. Teams must bring their own relay batons. Please use tennis balls for relay markers.



11. Tents are permitted in areas specified by meet management. DO NOT SET UP TENTS IN HOME STANDS.

12. Athletic Trainer will be available at the tent near the finish line.

13. Seeding will be posted and done in accordance with OHSAA regulations.

14. Awards: Team Champion Trophy, Medals 1st-3rd, all can be picked-up in pressbox after the 4x4.
