2 Relay teams per team
3 Athletes per event per team (5 for shot put and discus)
Athletes can only be entered into a total of 4 events, including the relays
- Once the running events begin no athletes will be allowed on the infield. When they need to warm-up for an event there is an area on the adjacent field where the discus takes place where they can warm up. We will have a few hurdles over there for warming up also.
- Field Events- I will need coaches to help run the field events. Once your entries are in, I will assign you all to a field event. If you are not comfortable with the event I assigned to you let me know and I will swap you out. In all field events, we will measure one throw or jump so that everyone receives at least one mark then they will have to meet a certain distance to get a measurement.

Boys - 3200m Run
Boys and Girls Long Jump followed by Triple Jump (Measuring first legal jump then must jump minimum)
Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault
Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump
Girls Shot followed by Boys Shot (Measuring first legal throw then must throw minimum)
Boys Discus followed by Girls Discus (Measuring first legal throw then must throw minimum)
Running events will resume at 5:00
