1. Athletes CANNOT compete in both Varsity and Jayvee
events. Jayvee athletes are classified as 8th and 9th
graders. Varsity athletes are classified as 9th,10th, 11th
and 12th graders. All 8th graders will be classified as
Jayvee. Your 9th grader has
the option to run as a Jayvee or varsity athlete. However, the 9th
grader can only run as a Jayvee or Varsity runner. NOT BOTH. Coaches please DO
NOT put a Jayvee athlete in a Jayvee race if they are running in a Varsity race.
2. Starting block will be provided for the 4 FASTEST SECTIONS IN ALL SPRINT RACES AND RELAYS. ALL
100MH/110MH WILL BE ABLE TO USE BLOCKS.
3. Concessions will be available.
4. Results will be posted LIVE once the events have been FINALIZED.
AWARDS: 1ST, 2ND, & 3RD place INDIVIDUAL and RELAY TEAMS ONLY.
AWARDS will be presented once each individual and relay team
events has been POSTED LIVE and FINALIZED by the winning events COACHES.
MARKS:(3) PER PERSON SHOT PUT, DISCUS, LONG JUMP & TRIPLE JUMP - NO FINALS!
Standards and Starting heights could be set depending on the number of entries. Please give each athlete a mark or time and be considerate to give everyone a fair chance to compete at their level.

JAYVEE RACES (8 & 9 Grades) 100m dash (8), 200m dash (8), 400mdash (8), 800m run (8),1600m run (8), 4x100m relay (1), 4x400m relay (1), 4x800m relay (1), Long Jump (3), Shot Put (3), Dicuss (3).
DEADLINE: Entries are due online to www.milestat.com by Thursday, April 11, 2024 @ 12 Midnight.
SCRATCHES: will be done at the meet after coaches meeting.
ALL athletes must have a TIME or MARK ENTERED.
COST: ENTRY FEE: $300 per School or $175 per Single Gender
ADMISSION FEES: $8.00 GENERAL ADMISSION
CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER FREE
Teams. $15.00 Per Individual and $25.00 Per Relay without a full team for each school. Therefore, 5 athletes will
create a full team for each school. If you have an athlete from your school, that will participate in one individual event and there are no more than 4 athletes from your school participating in the track meet, the fee for that athlete will be $15.00. Jayvee Fee Entry Fee: $150 per School or $100 per Single Gender Teams.

For shot, discus, long, and triple jump, the first one legal mark will be recorded. After that, all marks must make the following distances (marks and option to establish minimal marks are tentative and may be adjusted).
