ENTRY LIMITATION: EACH ENTRY IS $15, RELAYS $25. MAX $150 PER GENDER, $250 FOR TEAMS FOR BOTH GENDERS, INCLUDING MIDDLE SCHOOL AND VARSITY. 9 ATHLETES MAY CONSTITUTE A TEAM. TEAMS MAY LIST A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) ENTRIES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL EVENT AND TWO (2) ENTRIES PER RELAY.  A FULL TEAM INCLUDES BOTH MIDDLE SCHOOL AND VARSITY ENTRIES. 

IF YOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS SEPARATE HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK PROGRAMS, A MIDDLE SCHOOL AND A HIGH SCHOOL FROM YOUR DISTRICT MAY SPLIT THE ENTRY FEE FOR ONE TEAM. EMAIL MEET MANAGEMENT.

ENTRIES: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA MILESTAT.COM NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, APRIL 16TH.  IF YOU HAVE SCRATCHES AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE PLEASE EMAIL THOSE TO MEET MANAGEMENT. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONS AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE AND MILESTAT ENTRY SYSTEM IS OFFICIAL COPY OF ENTRIES. 

ATHLETES MAY BE ENTERED IN A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) RUNNING EVENTS, OR TWO (2) IF IN THE 3200 METER RUN.  

WARM-UP: THERE ARE ATHLETIC FIELDS AND 1/2 MILE OF TRAILS LOCATED ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS NEAR THE TRACK FOR WARMING UP. THE TRACK WILL BE OPEN FOR WARM-UPS FOR 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE FIRST EVENT.  AT THAT TIME THE TRACK WILL BE CLOSED AND WARM-UPS MUST CONTINUE OUTSIDE OF THE TRACK.  ONLY THE NEXT COMPETING EVENT AND COACHES MAY BE ON THE INFIELD. 

FACILITY: TEAM TENTS CAN BE SET UP ON THE PRACTICE SOCCER FIELD, NEXT TO THE BUS DROP OFF, BEHIND THE FIELD HOUSE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ATHLETES UNDERSTAND THAT THEY MUST BE ON THEIR BEST BEHAVIOR AND TAKE CARE OF THIS FACILITY.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR AREAS ARE CLEANED UP BEFORE LEAVING THE MEET.  ATHLETES NEED TO STAY OUT OF UNAUTHORIZED AREAS OF THE FACILITY.  ALL SPORTSMANSHIP RULES ARE IN EFFECT FOR THIS MEET.

BUSSES: BUSSES WILL ARRIVE AND DROP OFF ATHLETES BY THE TEAM CAMP FIELD.  BUSSES WILL THEN PARK IN THE BUS LOOPS AT POWHATAN HIGH SCHOOL AND/OR FLAT ROCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR PARKING. SEE LINKS BELOW FOR BUS DROPOFF AND PICKUP

PARKING: ALL SPECTATOR & COACH PARKING IS TO BE DONE IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT AT THE  FRONT OF THE SCHOOL.    

SPECTATORS:  THERE WILL BE AN ADMISSIONS FEE OF $6 AND CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

AWARDS: MEDALS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TOP 3 FINISHERS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL EVENT AND THE TOP FINISHING TEAM OF EACH RELAY

COACHES, WE WILL HOLD A COACHES MEETING 30 MINUTES BEFORE EVENTS BEGIN. PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST 1 COACH ATTEND TO HEAR ANY INFORMATION, ASK QUESTIONS, AND SUBMIT SCRATCHES.

HEATS WILL BE DETERMINED BY MEET MANAGEMENT AFTER CLOSE OF ENTRY. RUNNING EVENTS WILL BE RUN FAST SECTION TO SLOW SECTION. GIRLS THEN BOYS, MIDDLE SCHOOL THEN VARSITY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE SCHEDULE. 

4 X 400 METER RELAY AND THE SMR WILL BE A 2-TURN STAGGER. EVERYTHING ELSE WILL USE A WATERFALL START.

AN ATHLETIC TRAINER WILL BE ON SITE FOR THE COMPETITION.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN ATHLETIC TAPE AND SUPPLIES IF TAPING IS NEEDED AT THE EVENT.

WE DO PLAN TO RUN AHEAD OF SCHEDULE IF POSSIBLE, BUT NOT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. A WEATHER DELAY WILL RESULT IN MOVING TO A ROLLING SCHEDULE.  THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY MEET MANAGEMENT SHOULD A NEED ARISE.
