Meet Information
All entries must be submitted on alabamarunners.com.
the following entry guideline limits: 2 relay team per gender (4x1) & 1 (4x4). Please make your entry fee check payable to South Girard Junior HS 521 Fontaine Road, Phenix City
Al 36869 or hand carry (bring) the day of the meet.
Middle School/ Junior HS: Any middle school/ Junior HS athlete can participate in a total of 3 events only. There will be a max of 3 athletes, per individual track event, 3 per field event, and only 2 relay team per school per gender (4x1), & 1 4x4 relay No Prelims, all running events- timed finals "no blocks" no run outs, 3 throws/jumps measured.
Absolutely no spikes over 1/4" will be allowed. Must do spike check no exceptions.
Substitutions: No substitutions will be allowed on the day of the meet. Print your entries as verification.
Awards to the "Top 3 medals" NFHS and State of Alabama rules apply. Georgia schools are "Welcome"
Concessions will be available. No outside refreshments allowed
*Coaches please inform "ALL" parents or spectators that will be attending the meet, that there
is a $10.00 cash entry fee for the meet, also bring their own lawn chairs.
Everyone must stay outside the track competition area. The infield is CLOSED to everyone!!!!!
All student athletes must remain in their team area until their event is called absolutely no electronics of any kind in the competition area, ensure that your athletes when reporting in, "they" come ready to compete.
