Meet Information
Address: 3717 Central Plains Rd, Palmyra, VA 22963
Entries: All entries will be submitted through Milestat. Deadline for entries is Monday, March 27th at noon. Teams are limited to two relay entries per gender per race, and unlimited entries for all individual events.
Timing: the meet will be hand-timed. Any available volunteers are welcome to help!
Fee: There is no entry fee!
Coaches Meeting: We will hold a coaches meeting at 3:30pm at the start/finish line.
Athletes are not permitted on the away-side bleachers. Bathrooms will be available up the gravel road behind the stadium (between softball and baseball fields). Concessions will also be available for sale. Tickets will be available for purchase online. Link will be added soon.
Field Events: Beginning at 3:45pm. Pits open at 3:15pm
(Athletes will have three attempts - there will be no finals)
Girls long jump, followed by boys long jump, followed by girls triple jump, followed by boys triple jump Louisa runs event) OPEN PIT, 3 ATTEMPTS.
Girls discus, then boys discus (Buford MS will cover)
Boys shot put, then girls shot put (CCS to run event)
**As of now, there will be no high jump**
Running Events: Beginning at 4:15pm. Rolling schedule. Will combine heats where possible.
