WOL TRIANGLE "BASELINE" Meet
Who: Teams or unattached athletes (5th-12th grade)

What: This is a laid back, low-key meet intended to help athletes have an opportunity to develop their skills in racing. This is a good chance for a time-trial or to try out events that you don't normally race in.
When: Thursday, Feb. 22, 2023 @ 5:00-7:00 PM
Where: Martin Middle School (1701 Ridge Road, Raleigh NC). The bleachers at Martin Middle are small so spectators may want to bring a lawn chair.
Order of Track Events (girls->boys)
1. 100m Dash
2. 1600m Run
3. 4x100m Relay
4. 400m Dash
5. 800m Run
6. 200m Dash
7. 4x400m Relay
- There will not be separate divisions for middle school and high school. However, we will attempt to separate them when we can (especially in the laned events).
- Martin Middle is a synthetic track and IS spike friendly.
- We will be "hand-timing" using a smart-phone based application.
