2nd Annual Escape The Rock Invitational 20022
When: September 17th 2022
Where: Rock Ridge High School
The 5k course is relatively flat with some short hills and is a mix of grass, stone dust, dirt, and woodchips. The course winds through the wooded Barney Trail on campus through the first mile before exploring the other forested areas across the street from our school. There are a few wooden bridge crossings. We highly recommend wearing spikes for this course.

Entries close on Wednesday 9/14/2022 at 11:59PM. All entries should be entered on Milestat, no need to designate Varsity runners.
Team Areas:
Designated team/tent areas are located on the course map, bathrooms are open in the stadium.
