Region Meet Details:
We ask that each school offer one representative at the finish of each race
Varsity will be limited to 10 entrants(only top 7 are eligible to be considered for All-Region)
All-Region will be top 10 overall male and female Varsity Athletes
JV Races will have unlimited entries
Entries will be done on scrunners at https://sc.milesplit.com/meets/492663-region-1-5a-2022
Entries will be due by 10/19 at 11pm
Parking will be $5.00 for all vehicles except team buses. Athletes who ride with parents must pay. Athletes who drive themselves do not have to pay as long as they are wearing their jersey. Cars will park through the back entrances. Please make parents aware that we will not allow parking in the front of the school due to the SAT the same day. If they park in the front they will be towed.
The entry fee is $50 for each team ($100 for boys and girls together) and the check should be made out to Hillcrest High School and mailed to:

Time Schedule:
Coaches Meeting at 8:30 AM
Varsity Girls (Limit 10) at 9:00am
Varsity Boys (Limit 10) at 9:30am
JV Boys (Unlimited) at 10:00am
JV Girls (Unlimited) at 10:30am
Awards 11am
*Awards will include trophy for overall region champion for girls and boys
Medals for the all-region team (top ten finishers girls and boys)
Medals for top 3 JV
Region athlete of the year will be the first overall finisher for male and female.
Coach of the year will be voted on the following week via email. Results and vote distribution will be made public after all votes are collected. Each school is allowed one vote per gender.
