I.GENERALINFORMATION



A.   NFHS outdoor Track& Field rules will apply to thDCSAA Championship unless otherwise noted.(Uniform guidelines will be enforced)



B.   Schools choosinto enter the DCSAA Track & Field State Championship have the responsibility for reading and adhering to the rules and regulationof this bulletin.



C.   Eligibility rules for all participants can bfound in DCMRTitle5;Chapter 2othe DCSAwebsite(dcsaasports.org).



II.STATEMEET



A.   MeetOrganization



 



1.   Entry

Deadline-Saturday,May 18
th   at 11:59pm- NOEXCEPTIONS



 



2.   Teamand

individual contestantsmustbeaccompanied tothemeetbythecoachor

a designated representative.



 



3.   Teamswillbeadmitted

intothestadiumthrough

theteamentrance. a. Teamsarenotpermittedin

thestadiumbefore2:00pm.



 



b.The firstfield

event will begin

at3pm.Runningeventswillbegin at4pmon each

day.

relay

event.












 



9. Girlswill

precedeboysin thefinalof

all running events.



 



10. Slower sections will

precedethefastsections.



 



11. Fieldevents:High Jump;Shot put;Long

Jump;TripleJump andDiscus.



 



12.Onlyshotsand discusapproved bytheappropriate official

shall be used in thecompetition.

c.     Should

a competitor

exceed

themaximum participation

rulewhilecompeting

ina relayteam,theentirerelayteamisexcludedfrom the StateMeet. Theentireteam

will bedisqualified

fromtheeventand

all pointsscored

byindividualsthat exceeded themaximum participationrule will bedeleted fromtheir teams' total.
