Meet Information
Hello Coaches! We are excited to be hosting in a week and a half. Here is a race update:
As of Friday, August 21st, both varsity races are full but we still have room in the jv races.
Teams that have already added the meet to their calendars can register runners in either division. These teams are: American Falls, Buhl, Castleford, Declo, Dietrich, Filer, Grace, Kimberly, Oakley, Raft River, Richfield, Rimrock, Rockland, Sugar Salem, Valley.
All teams that add the Valley Invite after August 21st are welcome to attend but can only register runners in the jv races.
All runners need to be registered no later than 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 31st.
Please announce to your athletes well in advance that spectators will not be allowed so they can pass the information to parents and family.
The meet will be chip timed. No one will be in the finish chute to remove chips. Runners will remove timing chips in their own tent/team area. Coaches, please place all chips for the entire team back in the bag and return to timing personnel after all races are completed.
Individual medals will be delivered to the coaches after the meet. We will not have an awards ceremony after the race.
Please bring your own water bottles. The restrooms will be open in the field house.
