VIC/BRC Cross Country Championship
11:30 am: Team Packets and Course Open for Review
11:50 am: Coach's Meeting
12:30 pm: VIC Boy's Varsity Championship
1:00 pm: BRC Girl's Varsity Championship
1:30 pm: VIC/BRC Developmental Race
*Times are approximate and will be started at the conclusion of the previous race.
**Awards will be given out approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of each race.
Course: 5K course that is mostly undulating trails.
Participation: Five members are needed to count as a team for the Championship. Seven members are the most you can enter from each team. The Developmental Race is open to any number of runners you wish.
Parking: Use the parking lot next to the Gymnasium.
Athletic Trainer: Stacy Rider, ATC Blue Ridge School
Water: Plenty of water near the finish line.

Entries need to be made on Milestat by Tuesday, October 25th at 11:59 pm. You can use the following link: vicbrcchampionship.milesplit.com
Address: 273 Mayo Dr. St. George, VA 22935
Directions: Drive in through the main entrance (most GPS take you to the service entrance; just continue past the service entrance and it will be the next entrance on the left). Then you will take the first left before the lake. That road will dead end into the field house and gymnasium parking lot.
