Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
We would like to extend an invitation to your team to participate in the COWBOY HIGH SCHOOL 2Miler Wednesday Sept 14th.
This years race will be September 14th, 2016
3:00pm Course Inspection
4:00pm Varsity Girls
4:30pm Varsity Boys
5:00pm JV Combined Race
5:30pm Awards
The race entry fee is $10.00 per individual high school varsity races or it will be $35.00 per team, Boys and Girls separate ($70.00 maximum per school). Varsity team will consist of a maximum of seven runners. Additional runners can take part in the Junior Varsity race at no charge only if you enter a team in the varsity race. Otherwise it will be $5 per individual for the JV race.
MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO MCNEESE FOUNDATION.
Awards will be given to the top two teams. The top 15 individuals in the Varsity race will be awarded a special edition t-shirt. Additional T-shirts maybe purchased after the awards for $15.00 first come first serve. Awards will be given to the top three Junior Varsity individuals. Coaches will be responsible for timing their own athletes in the JV race!
