Coaches Meeting 3:00

Field Events 3:15 Beginning with:
Boys Long Jump Followed by Girls
Girls High Jump Followed by Boys
Girls Shot Put Followed by Boys
Boys Discus Followed by Girls

3:30- 1600 Meter run

Running Events 4:30 Girls run first in each event:
100 meter hurdles
100 meter
4 x 100 meter relay
400 meter
800 meter
200 meter
4 x 400 meter relay

General Meet Information:
Athletes may not participate in more than 4 events, with a maximum of 3 running events.
A team relays only.
Check-In for all running events at the starting line of the 100M.
Check-In for field events at the event.
Scoring will be 5 places deep 6-4-3-2-1 for individuals and 6-4-2 for relays
Each school will need to run one field event. Assignments will be given at the coaches meeting. If you would prefer to work a specific event, please e-mail me prior to the meet to let me know. It is helpful to have at least 3 volunteers per event.
