Training: AM: 10 minute jog
PM: 20 min warm up, 5k race, 25 min cool down

Training details: Errr, umm, yeah…race didn\'t go as planned and I didn\'t feel too great…but gotta\' keep on keepin\' on with all of this training and in the end it will work out. Hadn\'t been on the track since last June so it was definitely a good experience to get back on the track again.

But on a very positive note…Our guys ran very well. A couple of them were tired from the week before…(Grand Prix-Bern)…Ueli Koch was 8th place and ran a 14:16…Stephen St
