Fall seven times,
stand up eight. ~Japanese Proverb
I
am really motivated right now...I know I have said it a million times already,
but I am! I really liked this
quote because I am realizing more and more that this whole transition can take
a lot of time and I may have several disappointments before I begin to succeed.
If I want to get anything big done, I have to stick with it. You can't achieve something if you
don't even get on the path and work for it! I am working, working, working and I have to keep on
believing in myself, no matter how many times I get knocked down on my butt. I
am fully back in the swing of things now and I am doing everything I can,
controlling all the variables I can to give myself the best shot at achieving
what it is I want to achieve. In
this sport, those who can hang on the longest end up being successful because
many give up or let go. I am not
one to let go! There are no
shortcuts in distance running…and I'm not looking for any.
***I've gotten a few
requests to write in German…so excuse my German….
Entschuldigen Sie bitte mein Deutsch!!! hahaha
