The Taunton boys went 1-2-3-4-7 to clinch the team title with 17 points. Jason Henrich led the Tigers, winning the 5,000 meter race in 17:01. His time was 22 seconds ahead of teammate Damian Collins (17:23), and just missed the course record of 16:55 set by Paolo Tavares of New Bedford earlier this season. Jake Rogers (17:29.1), Colby Correira (17:29.7), and Luke Vecente (17:35) rounded out the top five. Dartmouth finished second in the team competition with 62 points, and Bridgewater-Raynham was third with 75 points. |
