The high school national championships are over, but the season isn't finished for everyone. A handful of athletes who punched their tickets at USATF U20s in Eugene are still high schoolers, and they're now building toward the World Athletics U20 Championships, which return to that same Hayward Field track August 5-9. The professional season, meanwhile, kept moving without pause. Here's the week that bridged both.
