What: Continuous runs. 40mins am 20 pm exercises/abs

Where: Reichenbach and back

Comments: Nice easy pace today. The legs are a bit beat from the mileage.

Quotes: \"Are they ever going to be done cleaning this up?\" Me. Reichenbach is still a mess from the floods. The restaurants and trains are still shut down and they are still cleaning up like crazy!


Saturday - September 3, 2005
What: 80 minutes, with a 40 minute tempo in the middle. Started at 3:55, then worked down to 3:35 by the end.

Where: Thun.

Comments: The tempo felt really good today. Plus my new teammate Astrid was with me for 25 minutes so it really helped me along!

Quotes: \"It is so nice to have someone to work out with!!!\" Astrid and I always talk about how nice it is not to have to do workouts, especially hill workouts, alone.

The tempo felt really good today! We got it over with in the morning so it was really cool and refreshing outside. Next week I will do the same tempo, but for 50 minutes.
