With only a few races remaining in the 2025 cross country season, it's a perfect time to look back and see how some of this year's top seniors have progressed since their junior campaigns.

Most notably, 6 members of the Class of 2026 shaved over a 1:30 off their 5K times since last season, dropping from a 19:00 5K to running 17:45 or faster. Check out other seniors who dropped significant time in their final high school season on the grass.

NOTE: Athletes who have not improved their times year-over-year were not included.
