With only a few races remaining in the 2025 cross country season, it's a perfect time to look back and see how some of this year's top seniors have progressed since their junior campaigns.

Most notably, 12 members of the Class of 2026 shaved over a minute off their 5K times since last season, dropping under 15:10. Check out other seniors who dropped significant time in their final high school season on the grass.

NOTE: Athletes who have not improved their times year-over-year were not included.
